Designed to capture the essence of German Plakatstil posters, this poster was meant to evoke a sense of adventure and mystery. The style of German Plakatstil posters is compromised of usually one object made up of simple, flat colors that relates to a single word. As seen below, references were gathered to help aid in the sketching process. To mimic the style, several rough concepts were created until finally settling on an astronaut helmet which was then finalized in Illustrator.
